This Privacy Policy describes how Konic Labs (“Konic Labs,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with our public website and related contact channels. It applies to visitors of this site and people who email us or submit the contact form.
We design, evaluate, and deploy compact, task-specific language models for production environments. This policy covers our marketing website and inquiry handling — not customer production systems we may operate under a separate agreement.
We do not sell personal information. We do not claim certifications or regulatory attestations on this page that we cannot support.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

Submissions are delivered to Konic Labs through the channel configured for the deployment (for example a secure webhook or transactional email provider). If online delivery is unavailable, the site instructs you to email hello@koniclabs.com directly.
We use inquiry content only to respond and to manage the conversation you initiated.
Third-party providers
We rely on service providers to run the website and receive inquiries. Categories typically include:
