These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Konic Labs public website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms apply to the website and publicly available information. They do not by themselves create a customer engagement, statement of work, or paid services contract.

Website usage

Services

Konic Labs provides model engineering and production deployment services for compact, task-specific language models. Descriptions on this website are general information about our approach and capabilities.

Website content is not a binding offer, guarantee of results, pricing commitment, or warranty. Actual services are defined only in a separate written agreement between Konic Labs and a customer.

Quotes and proposals

Any quote, proposal, estimate, timeline, or scope discussion — whether emailed, discussed verbally, or shared after a website inquiry — is informational until incorporated into a signed agreement. We may revise or withdraw proposals before acceptance. Pricing and deliverables depend on the workload, evaluation criteria, and deployment constraints of each engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konic Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
